Bathroom refurb complete ✅

Fair play to my young apprentice darren_delander who ripped this one out all by himself (well, he did leave me a few tiles).

Great job on the plastering by Emmett Loughran/Loughran Plastering and top job on the tiling KB&Sons.

Lovely bathroom wrapped up in West Belfast 👌

It was previously a bedroom and now a piece of art ✨

A lot of work to get it to this stage, solid floors, no waste or water pipes and no soil stack handy.
No bother for JMT but 😉

Customer designed this herself and as you can see put together some really nice finishing touches, with the hanging lights, plants, mirror etc.

Have fitted it a couple of times now but really like the fluted shower glass, the LED lights in the tiled niches and the basin is beautiful!

Really nice bathroom transformation complete.
Raging I don’t have the before pictures. This used to be a disabled style bathroom with vinyl floor and never quite finished right.

We put in a wetroom/ tiled shower tray.

Swipe for the transformation …

Customer had issues with a leaking shower and decided that was a good excuse to refurb the whole ensuite.

Marble effect tiles with blacks trims, fixtures and fittings throughout.

Internal soil stack that we couldn’t move so decided to do our own boxed-in, hidden cistern toilet. We have done this a couple of times now and has turned out well.

Bathroom refurb in a full house renovation.

A lot of hard work and effort from multiple people went in to this one. As you can see it was taken completely back to the brick and brought to life again.
Turned out fantastic 🤌

Some really nice touches in this one… vessel style basin, fluted privacy shower panel and the pear drop lighted mirror.

Another job well done 🫡

Bathroom finished for a customer about to retire who wanted to freshen it up 🤌

Wall hung vanity and tall boy, back to wall toilet, black towel rad, black rainfall electric shower and black enclosure.

Finished nicely with concrete dark grey Matt PVC panels, oiled slate SPC floor and Matt white PVC ceiling 🤩

All supplied by in Lisburn

Personally I think the PVC panels are massively improving, more and more colours and patterns becoming available and a good alternative to tiles.

On to the next one 🚶🚶‍♂️👨‍🔧🛠️💦

Nice bathroom transformation in an apartment in Belfast.

Bathroom needed refreshed, customer wasn’t too keen on the exposed and boxed in pipework. Also wanted to remove the bath and have a walk in shower. So we came up with the idea of boxing in the pipework. Makes it look a lot neater and provides a nice shelf for plants, candles and bathroom stuff 🤌

So what all did we do you ask? 💁‍♂️

Ripped bathroom out and disposed of all rubbish
Built and boarded all studwork to hide pipework and raise shower tray
Levelled the floor for klicker floor

New spotlights, pull cord and extractor fan installed by .delaneyelectrical 💡

Panelling, PVC ceiling and klicker floor done by Chris Whyte the joiner 💪
