This week marks 8 years since Vision Fabrications hit the ground on its very first project and what a journey it has been!

Since we began, Vision Fabrications has:

• Grown our team to 40+ skilled employees
• Established a 30,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Lisburn

Project Update ⚙️🚉

Our prefabricated and fully painted lift shaft has now been despatched and is currently enroute to site at Goodmayes Station, London.

Our team will be installing the Forterra external brick slip cladding system, Kingspan roofing and perforated panels prior to installation.

We’re delighted with the progress to date and would like to extend our thanks to our client, M Group Rail & Aviation, for their continued collaboration and support throughout this project.

We’re absolutely thrilled to have taken home the Unique Metalwork Award at this year’s Irish Steel Awards for our Downhill Beach Walkway project.

This project is a true reflection of our team’s dedication to innovation, craftsmanship, and precision engineering, delivering a structure that blends seamlessly with one of Northern Ireland’s most iconic coastal landscapes.

New Project ⚙️
Goodmayes Station 🚉

Great to see our lift shaft structure proceed to manufacture.

The steel will be finished in a Network Rail approved N1 paint system.

Our team will fit the roof and fully clad the walls with a brick slip system prior to installation. A great example of prefabrication, managing interface and reducing time onsite.

Project Update ⚙️

Pleased to share our involvement in the St George’s Quay project, which is located on Dublin’s waterfront as Citi Bank’s new HQ.

Vision Fabrications Limited was selected as the specialist steelwork fabricator for this complex installation. This project required highly technical structure, demanding exacting standards in fabrication, finishing, and installation.

The building spans 9–10 storeys high. Its unique form called for a structural solution that was both robust and elegant, seamlessly integrating with the facade’s glazing systems and support structure.

For this bespoke steelwork structure, every component had to be fabricated and installed to a tolerance of +2mm, demanding rigorous quality control throughout design, production, and on-site er****on.

The installation also required the application of an N9 paint specification a high-grade industrial finish offering long-term protection while meeting the aesthetic requirements of the project.

A huge thank you to our client Alucraft and all the teams involved for making it happen, an incredible Collaboration.

This project has recently been shortlisted in the Façade Systems category at this year’s Irish Steel Awards!
