Our Client, an AirBnB and serviced apartment operator with multiple sites throughout the North & South of Ireland have commissioned McNeil Energy Consulting to help them on their Pathway to Net Zero.
Following surveys, reports and recommendations to our client we are happy to see the rollout of Phase One of Six planned over the next 5 years.
Phase One involves a rollout of 20+ HoneyWell EvoHome onto existing heating systems. Our client will see an immediate reduction in running costs as all heating systems will now be able to be remotely controlled and regulated saving unnecessary heat wastage during periods of non-occupancy.
Our recommendation and specification of using this particular controller will allow them to be used when the client transitions to Heat Pumps in Phase Five, on their pathway to Net Zero.
Going above and beyond for our client we programmed all controllers prior to going out to various sites throughout the country to help with installation and commissioning.
Stay turned for Phase Two which will be 12 Solar PV Systems beginning in July.
