The answer is simple — the colour of the egg shell depends on the breed of the hen. Brown hens generally lay brown eggs while white hens lay white eggs, however there are specialist breeds that can lay other colours, such as blue.

There are no nutritional differences between brown or white eggs. Eggs are a natural, nutritionally dense food containing vitamins, minerals, and high-quality protein, in less than 80 calories, whatever the colour.

We are looking for a Team Supervisor.

Monday – Friday 0700 - 1800

Required to supervise a busy production line. Will be in charge of a team of people – may be required to work on the line too.

Forklift licence/pallet truck licence/Basic Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate desirable but not essential.

Full on-the-job training will be provided.

Wage rate negotiable at interview stage, but in the range of £14.80 - £16.60. Overtime rate (150%) paid over 40 hours (£22.20 - £24.90).

48 hour week salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.

Graduates are encouraged to apply!

25 days + 3 statutory holiday entitlement per annum.

Production & Hygiene Supervisor
Location: Lisnaskea factory
Pay Rate: From £18.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday 1600-0130

We are looking for a responsible, reliable and hard working Production Supervisor to join our team for an additional shift starting.

Key responsibilities include:
- Plan, co-ordinate and monitor daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
- Operating machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure strict hygiene standards are met
- Manage shift changeover and ensure smooth communication between teams.

Requirements:
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- Ability to follow hygiene and safety regulations
- Ability to manage a team of up to 12

What we Offer:
- Hourly rate commensurate to experience, paid weekly.
- 125% overtime rate over 40 hours.
- Full training and PPE provided

- Operating machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Packing products as required
- Supporting the production team to meet daily targets

Requirements:
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to follow hygiene and safety regulations
- Prior experience whilst desirable is not essential.

- £12.50 an hour, paid weekly

4 day week role - 41 hours day Production Operative roles available at the Lisnaskea factory, Northern Ireland. No previous experience or qualifications required. On the job training given.

Set shift pattern: 4 day week Monday - Wednesday, and Friday (off Thursday) 0700 - 1800 at £12.50/hour, with overtime rate (+40 hours) £15.625.

Opportunities for progression into Charge Hand roles and further training available.

Staff will be working on a busy production line, performing quality control (QC) checks. You will play a crucial part in maintaining high-quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.
