Steam Models have the capability to offer bespoke machining solutions to cater for the most demanding of projects. Our comprehensively equipped workshop facility can create anything from one-off prototypes to much larger volumes to meet your specific subcontract manufacturing requirements. If you can design a product, we can make it or we can reverse engineer that no-longer available component and/or redesign it to make it last longer. We work with a wide range of non ferrous and ferrous materials, in various grades and finishes, e.g. brass, bronze, cast iron, plastics. Our turning and milling capacity running both CNC and manual machines means we can carry out the complete manufacture of most components to include processes such as heat treatment, gear cutting and many more backed by a network of suppliers built up over nearly 30 years of trading. All of these services are supported by our team of highly skilled engineers and we welcome the opportunity to discuss your next engineering project.
