Starting the year hectic! Very hectic 👊 it’s been a mix of work we have done.. from changing rotten floor joists, bricklaying, removing render, new doors and windows, pointing walls, new gutters and of course starting to rebuild the shops after taking it back to its beginning in 1850. Finally the shops are taking shape and new life.
We are now moving upwards to the apartments above. Old buildings literally left to rot come with multiple challenges to encounter, but it’s satisfying to seeing them come back to life.
A complete new gas and electric is now moving through the whole building quickly and we can now start focusing on getting up the floors.
It’s been running 6 days a week for a month, but it’s starting to pay off as we move into February.
A hard start on the new year some cold days, some rainy days hasn’t helped, but it’s getting there and spring is approaching sort of

Where do we start💪 it’s been a hectic 4 weeks that saw us in wales and Liverpool collage doing our normal ceiling fit out. Then we embarked on something we promised ourselves some years ago to never do again, but yet here we are contracting a full building project. And it’s a challenging one as most of the building is in a bad state after years of neglect. Spent a lot of time finding the worst rot, so we can restart scratch. Two shops have so far gotten new floor joist’s and boards. A very needed staircase repair and a new steel beams to secure safety.
Shop front and new windows and shutters are in.. and most rotted floor joists have been taken out over different floors. We have done lots of rehabilitation in the past, but usually not in this bad condition. A challenge we now have embraced with our heart and soul

A wonderful project with Spiral Interior Systems after weeks of installation we reached the finish line, and it’s been a pleasure as always working alongside my friend Dan Groves and his spiral interior systems. As we now are back to other projects we can’t wait to team up again for yet another exciting projects.
Now it’s just for customers to enjoy their new facilities

Yesterday saw our Speke project come to an end!
This is the new Ford showroom; twice the size of the Omoda showroom which we completed a couple of weeks ago!
Again, with help from our pals at Nic Solli Ltd we took on all partitions, bulkheads, plasterboard margins/features & suspended ceilings.
We can't wait to see it when it's all finished and the cars are in!

Next week we're a bit more local, taking on some MF ceilings in West Kirby. Well keep you posted with our progress!
