Sometimes it's like playing "Give us a clue!"
Installers sometimes have us scratching heads when we read a file name and have no clue as to what the file might be. ECMK also don't want you to use the ECO4/GBIS file naming short codes like ppes or eooc. So here is an article on how to name your files to help us all out. Enjoy. Andy👌

*You will be trained to be a Retrofit Coordination Administrator for ECO4 Gurus, and maybe be a winner at the North West Energy Efficiency Awards... 🏆🏆🏆
*You don't require experience within ECO retrofit or energy efficiency but it would help. If you have worked in construction that would also be an advantage.
*You need to have good IT skills, and work with Microsoft Office and be able to learn new software for processing jobs.
*First 6 weeks working from our office in Waterloo, Liverpool. After 6 weeks you may apply for hybrid working. 3 days in office, 2 days at home.
£21300 increasing to £24000 after first 6 months.

Hi all. I am looking at adding someone to our retrofit team to provide desktop based technical support. They will also be trained to provide retrofit coordination administration, leading to becoming a retrofit coordinator.
They will have to be computer literate with an understanding of Microsoft office and working with online software.
For those who don't know I own ECO4 Gurus providing retrofit coordination services at our core.

Ideally I am looking for someone with a background in domestic construction. They may have experience working on the tools within domestic construction or in a professional capacity as a surveyor/building inspector/site manager.
Having experience with works carried out under ECO4, GBIS, HUG, etc would be an advantage. The works installed are wall insulation (IWI, EWI, CWI), roof insulation, boilers, ASHP, solar PV.
Having an understanding of building regulations, the installation requirements of insulation measures and issues that can arise would clearly be an advantage.
This may be a position for someone with a L5 Retrofit Coordination qualification supported by industry knowledge.
First 6 weeks working from our office in Waterloo, Liverpool. After 6 weeks you may apply for hybrid working. 3 days in office, 2 days at home.

Salary would be between £30k to £40k depending on experience.
