80mph winds or 55mph winds.
whats the difference?
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for wind and for rain from 3pm on Saturday.
It is expected to cause localised Flooding, Damage to Buildings and Roofs.
80mph winds are expected but don’t make the mistake of telling your insurance you have damage to your property due to storm damage.
As your insurance policy declares a storm to be 55mph or over. If you property does not register as having 55mph winds for its location then you may Void your own claim.
