Our Mitcham branch are currently looking for a administrator to join our team on a full -time temporary basis(maternity leave cover)
Starting Monday 7th July 2025
This is a full time temporary position and working hours Monday- Friday 8-5pm
As Administrator you will pay a key part in ensuring we provide a great service to our customers via face to face, telephone and email.
The role of administrator is key to ensuring that we maintain up to date records of works being undertaken and allows us to ensure we meet our own high standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and updating daily job progress reports to ensure that planned works are undertaken to schedule.
Maintaining client communications to ensure they are well informed and updated of our current work status.
Experience Required
•The preferred candidate will demonstrate previous experience gained as an administrator.
•It would be an advantage if this experience had been gained within the industry.
•We are seeking a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, good attention to detail, comfortable in managing multiple tasks In an environment where priorities can change regularly.
•Competent in Microsoft office
•Experience in SAP Business One preferred but not essential.
