A hard one to take decent photos of due to the small size of the room. But we've managed to fit everything in with room to spare

Shower tray and screen, vanity unit, toilet and shower pump installed in Llanybydder last week. All ready for the customer to finish with flooring and tounge and groove pannelling
This historical property is several hundred years old and presented severall challenges.
The first being a 150mm bow in the middle of the floor, aswell as the floor being out of level by 110mm !
We built level plinths to seat the shower tray, vanity and toilet and used flexible materials to allow for the constant movement of the floor
A similar story with the walls, being made of chipboard and the studwork running horizontally And of course, none of it being level.
Significant waterproofing and strengthening was needed

New combi oil boiler, oil tank and radiators and all new pipework installed in Llanon last week.
This property had no heat source or heating and hot water system of any kind.
It's now toasty and warm for many years to come
