We finished stage 3 of this huge project we've been working on! We wrapped up the back garden transformation a couple of weeks ago and then tackled the first part of the front garden. The plan was to extend the drive for an extra parking space, but the client loved it so much we ended up ripping up the rest of the drive and redoing the whole thing. That was a bit of a challenge with all the different levels, but we managed to blend it in perfectly.

We leveled off the garden with a sleeper retaining wall and added a decorative patio with plum slate. We also laid a path across the front of the house and a planter across the back for the shrubs.

We'll be back soon to finish the final part of the project, so keep an eye out for the completed front and back transformation!

Small job finished today! We hand-dug the turf, laid w**d membrane, and covered the area with golden flint. We then replanted the client's plant in the center and laid circular slabs around it. To prevent stone spillage, we edged the original grass border with blue brick every brick was a cut to get the orginal curve and reduced the tree stump mound to level the area. 🤩

Its not just the big transformations we do, finshed of this small 14m2 patio with raj blend Indian sandstone and we added a sleeper border to split the patio from the rasied garden area

Another job ticked off the list it was hard going in 34 degree heat 🥵 but we manged to get it finshed 💪🥵

We level out the garden hand bawling 5 tonne of topsoil in before we turfed it to level the garden out for the client 🏡🌿

We built a raised sleeper planter for the client to plant in 🌱🌷

then we added feather edge fence all the way around the garden and some new handrails

We replaced all the fascias and guttering all the way around the property and change it to white to match next door 🏠✨

We then bult some new double gate for the side of the house for wider access 🛠️🚪

We have successfully completed this rear garden transformation, and the weather has been ideal for our work.

We installed 90m2 of grey Indian sandstone, creating a main patio area, a path leading around the future summer house, and another path to the raised patio, which includes a central area for a washing line with a path around it.

A raised patio was constructed, and a custom-made pergola was built over it. We also installed venison fencing in the corner to enhance shade. The block work was then clad with timber to match the pergola's style.

Three new sets of steps were built to provide access to the back door, and two additional sets were constructed for access to the raised patio.

Finally, 18 meters of hit-and-miss fencing were installed to allow for wind pass through as this side of the property catches the wind

Finished this custom-made pergola today, providing some much-needed shade for the raised patio area. We also built sleeper steps for easy access! This garden transformation is really taking shape, and I can't wait to see the final result! 🏡🪜✨

Today, we successfully completed the initial phase of this project before our summer break. We will be starting the second stage of this garden transformation when we get back

This phase involved the installation of 80m2 of grey Indian sandstone to make up the patio, pathways around the summer house base, and the path leading to and encircling the washing line. Additionally, we constructed a raised sleeper base in preparation for a shed.

We will return shortly to finalize the project, which will include new fencing, a raised patio, and steps to facilitate access to the elevated patio.

We had the pleasure of repairing the stone work on this listed bridge. 🌉🪨
We had to remove the stone sections on top of the bridge then take down and rebuild several areas thats had bulged and collapsed. 🏗️🧱
Stone work looks amazing when dressed and layed properly,using the correct mortar which allows the stone to breath and sweat not cement which cause the stone to deteriorate. ✨👍
