Check out a recent publication in Premier Hospitality and some pictures showcasing the work we completed at Deganwy Quay Hotel & Spa. Probuild was the main contractor and we refurbished the changing facilities, pool area and the old gym area to create a premium spa facility.

We're not far off finishing the flat roof build up which will also incorporate a frameless glass balustrading and box gutter system. Once the roof is finished, we'll be inside first fixing getting ready for the kitchen to go in.

Probuild is currently carrying out major remedial works to a listed hotel in Llandudno. The front elevation is being fully refurbished in accordance with plans supplied by an architect and structural engineer.

Hand Made Property/New Build/ New Home built and finished by # Team PROBUILD, beautifully handcrafted by our highly skilled staff in Wales by our time served, full time, dedicated on the cards tradesmen, Directors and Managers at PROBUILD. Great effort by all our devoted subbies, materials suppliers, North Wales Engineering (Especially Gareth Williams, formerly David Williams Steel), Gary Jones & Son & Employees, Ormeside Joinery , AC Electrical, Hendleys Heatings, Hafod, Snowdonia Fire, JS Scaffolding, Jewsons ( Dave was great), Magna, Graham Wolfenden, Barry Richards and Matt of Rhos on Sea carpets. What a great build, we are so proud of this new build.
A recent sign off by the LABC said the build was a very high standard of quality trades and suitable for an award.
A recent Federation of Master Builders visual vetting process concurred a high standard and the project will win an award for the technicality, sustainable, quality finish awards.
A recent sign off by Conwy Council Building Control indicated an award for the future applications.
