Little job in Rhos from last week. Removing some old rough cast, repairing some brickwork, replacing the air brick and dashing to match the rest of the house.

Little job completed the other day. Remove a section of damaged board, re bord and make it disappear.

Some before and after photos of a kitchen re skim. Walls were in a pretty bad way so, a bit of prep, filling out with a good bonding coat and re plastered.

Really enjoy doing bits like this, specially when the suns out 🌞. Rendering some old cills that have been cracked and damaged over the years.
No angle beads, just a straight edge, float and sponge. Before and afters.

Ceiling repair in Rhos on Sea.
Managed to save the old coving, re board and skim the ceiling. Then make the running mould to duplicate the original on the ceiling.

Loverly little bedroom renovation in Old Colwyn, Colwyn Bay. Removed old render from the walls, over boarded the ceiling, dry lined the walls with 36mm thermal boards and re plastered.
