A different job this week due to the weather.

5 rotten wooden windows removed/ disposed of and 5 New doubled glazed UPVC windows installed all in 1 day, some going but worth the results.

The Castle Veiw in Deganwy.

Last 2 weeks we spent on this job starting by replacing rotten timber, planing windows down so they open and close, making good of all the areas that had been weathered.

Using Toupret masonry filler and wood filler, 2 pack fillers, foam. Mouldings being replicated and replaced where needed even using the lathe to match the pillars on the front where the wood was too far gone it had to be replaced. Some blown render being matched back in too.

Painted in the colours "Slate" brittish standard and "elemental" fire escapes and railings done. Woodwork was finished in a flexible stain tinted to "slate".

Thank you to the staff for working around us whilst we were there to help complete the job as efficiently as possible.

This job was in a bad state to say the least. A lot of repair work, wood, slates, flashband, puttying you name it we did it. Tin roof having a fresh coat too, iceflexing bay roofs.

What a transformation both above and below getting it to stand out for new management taking over.

Mold and dirt treated, ready to paint. Classic Magnolia, and stain on the front door. Metal gates and railing on the side done in black to protect against the salt air.
