At The Halfway Llanelli they don’t hang around long… especially after a busy weekend.

That’s where we come in, it comes back to our yard, and then it’s passed on to our recycling partners to be turned back into glass again ♻️

It’s one of those things you don’t really see but it’s happening every week.

We’re really pleased to be supporting Llanelli Mind again this year 💙

The team are doing incredible work locally, and right now they’re renovating a building that will soon become a young people’s crisis support café. A place where young people can get immediate help and support when they need it most.

Over the next year we’ll be helping out where we can, from supporting fundraising events to making sure their waste management needs are covered as the project moves forward.

It’s great to play a small part in something that’s going to make a real difference in our community.

This is Ally, one of our HGV drivers here at Browns Waste Management.

The waste industry isn’t always seen as a typical career for women but that’s changing and we are at the front of that.

Ally is proof that what really matters is skill, reliability, and pride in the job.

Early starts, busy days, and getting the job done properly she plays a big part in keeping our customers’ collections running smoothly.

We’re proud to have women represented across our operational team not just behind desks, but behind the wheel too.

When it comes to paper and card recycling, getting it right at the bin is what keeps your site compliant and ensures the material can actually be recycled.
