Following our recent work at Horeb Chapel Penydarren , we were delighted to receive a lovely testimonial.

The project included improvements to both audio and accessibility. Our work including the relocation of the projector and screen, a new sound system setup with column loudspeakers, amplifier, and multimedia player (Bluetooth, CD, USB), updated microphones, and an induction loop system to better support the hard of hearing and maintain compliance.

What goes into designing a sound system for a large place of worship? 🎚️

For bigger worship spaces, careful acoustic modelling and sound mapping play a key role in ensuring every word, reading, and piece of music can be heard clearly throughout the building.

These visual mappings help our Vaughan Sound Installations design team predict anticipated sound levels across internal spaces based on the precise positioning of loudspeakers, allowing us to assess performance before a system is ever installed.

The result? An audio system designed specifically for the space, helping to ensure sound clarity from the front pew to the very back 🔊

A project we’re proud to have been part of 🌉

Lighting Integration worked alongside longstanding partners, Briton Fabricators Limited and main contractor, Bethell Group Plc to install the integrated handrail lighting on the new Milltown Street Bridge in Radcliffe.

The new 50m single-span bridge reconnects communities across the River Irwell for the first time since the original bridge was destroyed during Storm Eva in 2015.

Built using British steel with lighting elements manufactured in South Wales, it’s great to see this new structure now open to the public 🇬🇧

As part of Vaughan Sound Installations' recent project at Jerusalem Baptist Church, Briton Ferry, the new Behringer digital mixing desk was configured with iPad control, allowing audio adjustments to be made from anywhere within the church.

The result? Flexible, intuitive sound control, complete with the always impressive 'magic' faders that automatically respond in real time as settings are adjusted remotely 📲🎚️

Lighting Integration recently completed the Waterside Bridge lighting installation in Nottingham, with final commissioning checks successfully completed ahead of opening.

The project included the installation and testing of integrated handrail lighting systems, ensuring safety, performance, and visual impact were fully achieved prior to handover.

The bridge officially opened to the public today, marking the completion of a new transport route across the River Trent 🌉

Vaughan Sound Installations recently completed an installation at West Cross Community Centre in Swansea 🎥🔊

The project included a new Epson laser projector with zoom lens paired with a 3.5m-wide electric screen, updated radio microphone system, and a series of audio upgrades, all neatly integrated into a new equipment rack for improved security and ease of use.

The centre is managed by a community organisation on behalf of Swansea Council. We're pleased to hear that they're very happy with the enhancements 👍
