Job Opportunity: Domestic Plumber based in Kinmel Bay.

We at NWP are seeking 2 plumbers to join our expanding team of tradesmen along with out development into Modular Construction. The ideal candidates should have over 5 years' experience in domestic plumbing. The role will be demanding and will require you to work within a team.

Applicants must be knowledgeable in all aspects of plumbing and heating works. The core of our business is contracting and now with our expansion into modular Construction industry, we require a plumber to carry out all aspects of plumbing within our Modular built Utility Cupboards.

Experience within this sector is preferable. Tasks can vary daily, and the applicant must be familiar with the following:

- Installation of copper pipe crimped and soldered
- Installation of uPVC waste pipe work
- Installation of water cylinders and HIUs

Update from the redevelopment of the former Southwark Fire Station and headquarters.
The project includes the comprehensive refurbishment and redevelopment of the grade II listed premises into a 1,150-pupil secondary school, sports centre & outdoor multi use games area.

Additionally, 199 apartments will be included in the residential aspect of the redevelopment.

The 1800 pupil school in the heart of the Milton Keynes western expansion area is the largest school in the town.
The 3 storey main school building houses state of the art construction, manufacture & science facilities.
A separate sports block houses an indoor multi-purpose sports hall and activity studios.

There are also a full-size 3G football/Hockey pitch and 8 MUGA pitches all of which will also be utilised by the local community.

NWP were responsible for the design, installation and testing & commissioning of the development.

NWP and Ardmore’s recently completed multi-use development for Imperial College London at the former Perfume Factory in Acton, North London.

The scheme consists of 736 student bedrooms and 85 Private rental apartments and was handed over to the client on time despite challenging conditions and unprecedented circumstances.
