I financed a second hand asset via a private sale. During first week of the machine in action, it developed few problems. Fair play to Tom at Molson, stepped in sorted the problem, took the second machine in, replaced it with a new Terex crusher. I unpicked the second hand HP agreement, which had a vat defer, started again, transferring equity to new machine with flexible terms. Molson were very good helped the client, me and BNP Paribas reshape the new deal, undoubted team work from all parties...bravo.
