We have recently installed a rainwater harvesting system at our Brynsiencyn site. The property was suffering from issues with the existing water mains supply, so for peace of mind our customer wanted the option to harvest their own water. This system will store up to 6000 litres of water which is then purified through a series of specialist filters including a UV light filter. Phase 1 at our Brynsiencyn project is nearing completion with 2nd fix joinery in progress. This project is using a rainwater harvesting system to provide all clean water to the property, keep an eye out for the next post which will explain in more detail.

A big thanks to our team who have been busy this week progressing with the plastering on one of our projects on Anglesey. The lounge area has really been opened up by creating the vaulted ceiling and the exposed A frames are giving a lovely bit of character!!

Good progress on our refurbishment project on Anglesey, 1st fix M+E is complete and the plasterboarding is ongoing with insulated plasterboards to all external walls, plastering will follow straight on. We think the lounge is the best room, with the now vaulted ceiling exposing the old A frames and purlins retaining some of the lovely character this old building has.

Some first fix joinery carried out recently on one of our projects. Installing rafter ties and battens to a vaulted ceiling to strangethen and create a ventilation void ready to be insulated and underdrawn with insulated plasterboard. We also replaced existing ceiling joists to one room where they had deteriorated and sagged and formed a new stud wall to alter the room layout.

Our little telehandler was earning its keep today, offloading and positioning a luxury sauna for one of our valued customers. This little telehandler can reach areas with tight access restictions without damaging lawns/driveways and is still man enough to lift over 1.5tonnes, what a great machine, we wish the customer all the best and hope they enjoy this new addition for years to come

We been over in Rhydwyn last few weeks, customer asked us to remove steel corner post, steel beams holding the roof up, bifold and window due to a structural issue, we then replaced everything with new, got the Building Control signed off as required for the customer.
Both bifold and window now covered under our FENAS and insurance backed guarantee.
