Project Completion!!
Works are complete on an industrial unit we have been working on in Bangor, our works included:

- Construction of internal office area and disabled compliant WC, including Plastering, Joinery and Decoration.

- Electrical and Fire alarm install to the main unit + office/WC.

- Intumescent coating of structural steel frame to privide 1hour fire resistance.

Phase 1 at our Brynsiencyn project is complete and looking great. The rainwater havesting system we installed is working well and is providing all the fresh water the home owners need. This property also features ceiling mounted infared radiators making the heating system installation much more affordable and providing more clear wall space for furniture.

Works are progressing well at one of our sites in Bangor. Lighting and fire alarm installation complete and our Joiners have been busy installing the floor joists to the blockwork office.

Works have commenced at our new site in Bangor for Watkin Property Ventures with the intumescent coating of the steel frame ongoing ready for follow on internal fitout works.
