Project Completion - Llangoed, Anglesey

Completion on this fantastic transformation of an old building, bringing it back to life through a comprehensive programme of works.

The project included extensive structural works, a complete re-roof, and full internal and external finishes, creating a modern, high-quality home while retaining the character and individuality of the original building.

The property now benefits from a specialist iHelios in-ceiling infrared heating system, together with a solar PV installation, providing a modern and energy-conscious approach to heating and energy generation.

A huge thank you to our wonderful client for putting their trust in us, and to Brightman Clarke Architects for their collaboration throughout the project.

Project Completion - Rhosneigr, Anglesey.

We are delighted to have completed the sympathetic renovation of this beautiful historic property, carefully preserving its original character while adapting it for modern family living.

The project involved the sensitive restoration of the existing building, with particular attention paid to retaining and enhancing its historic features. Full Central heating and Electrical installation works were completed along with Structural works to improve on existing layouts.New high-performance windows were installed in a style appropriate to the property's age and architectural character, improving comfort and energy efficiency while respecting its heritage.

A contemporary sunroom extension has been thoughtfully introduced to provide a bright, versatile living space that complements rather than competes with the original building. The design creates a clear distinction between old and new, allowing the historic structure to remain the focal point.

Externally, extensive paving works have transformed the surrounding spaces, improving accessibility and creating attractive outdoor areas that connect seamlessly with the house and gardens.

This project demonstrates how careful design and craftsmanship can successfully balance the conservation of a historic building with the practical requirements of modern living.
