A downstairs WC renovation completed today in St Athan 🔧✨🚿

Back for a second time working with this lovely family after completing their main bathroom last year — always a pleasure to return! 🙌😊.

Honestly, some of the best people to work for. We were even sent off with a couple of beers 🍻, and Dewi got a birthday card 🎉🎂 — gestures like that really do mean a lot 💙🙏.

We’ve got a few days now to organise tools and materials before starting our next job on Monday in again in at athan .

We’re currently very busy, with just 2 spaces left in August 📅 and 4 spaces remaining for November/December. If you’re thinking about any internal renovation work, now’s the time to get in touch and secure your spot before the diary is full for the year ⏳📘

👋 The daily post didn’t quite happen this time… not sure how some companies manage to post every single day! 🤣

Anyway, here’s one of the many bathroom renovations we’ve completed over the past few weeks/months. It’s been that busy lately they’re all starting to roll into one!

I’ll get the rest posted when I finally grab a spare hour so you can see what we’ve been up to.

Loads of prep gone into this one , loving the natural colours / brass fittings and herringbone tiles ❤️ 💙 .

Nrc have the best customers , thanks to theresse and Phil for looking after us .

As promised, here’s the first daily (ish) update from NRC on our brand-new bathroom renovation in Llantwit Major! 🛁✨

We’re excited to share the progress with you and give you a behind-the-scenes look at how this transformation comes together , giving you more of an idea on what actually goes into the renovation.

We’ll be posting updates more regularly ..so keep your eyes peeled 👀 for the next one!

I am new to video editing , so please bare with me . Im not going to become a director anytime soon , but I will get the hang of it 🤣 .

After what was a mammoth amount of prep work — including levelling all the floor joists and partition wall timbers — we’ve completed this full bathroom renovation in just 10 days.
The amount of shoddy work previously carried out really put us to the test: two layers of tiles on the walls and floor, and even tiles siliconed to the ceiling! This one truly had it all 🤣
By opting for a corner bath, the bathroom now feels huge compared to before. We removed all the old plumbing beneath the floor, installed brand-new pipework, and repositioned a few elements — resulting in a bright, spacious bathroom with a lovely green feature wall.
On to the next one after a bit of a tidy-up in our stores tomorrow.

A not so mellow Monday rip out for me and dewi this week .

🤠
- From walls being tiled on over previous tiles .
- Ceiling that had been cladded to hide ceramic tiles that had all been siliconed on 🤠 .
- solid walls that had been hacked off and filled with expanding foam .
-floor tiles laid straight to a ply floor .

My head was fried by the end of the day but we have a blank a blank canvas now ready for us to get everything ready for tiling and installing the new suite .
