The six new council homes continue to take shape, with windows having recently been installed and works continuing on the external brick facade.

We’re delighted to share that our refurbishment programme at Priory Court for London Borough of Southwark has been awarded a Bronze Award at the recent Considerate Constructors Scheme Awards 🏆

This recognition follows the site achieving a perfect CCS score last year. It reflects the hard work and commitment of our site team, led by Michael Bailey, who consistently demonstrated high standards in respect, safety, community engagement and environmental consideration throughout the project.

Progress continues at our Bournbrook Road site for the Royal Borough of Greenwich, with external landscaping now well underway across the scheme 🌳

Extensive planting and turfing are helping to soften the development, enhance biodiversity, and bring the site closer to its final finished appearance.

Bournbrook Road forms part of The Brooks development, one of three sites delivering a total of 80 new zero carbon council homes, supporting the delivery of high quality, affordable housing for local people.

We are delighted to announce we have secured a new project to deliver remediation works to Weybridge Point for Wandsworth Council.

The works include the removal and replacement of the external cladding, windows and associated external repairs for this high-rise occupied residential block, comprising 64 flats.

We look forward to collaborating closely with our specialist partners and all stakeholders to successfully deliver this important scheme.

We are pleased to be delivering this project through the Procurement For Housing Fire Safety Framework.

Great to see the progress being made at our new build project at Ridgebrook Road, with the SIPs roof cassettes being installed on site 🏗️

Ridgebrook Road is one of three sites forming The Brooks development for the Royal Borough of Greenwich, which will deliver 80 new sustainable council homes across Rochester Way in Kidbrooke.

The new homes are being designed to achieve net zero carbon emissions, helping to reduce running costs for future residents while delivering high quality, sustainable housing for the community.

Thank you to our project team and supply chain partners, including British Offsite Ltd for their continued hard work and commitment to keeping the programme moving safely and efficiently.

We’re pleased to welcome our latest work experience student, Kylan 👷‍♂️

Joining us from YouthBuild, Kylan will be spending the next seven weeks gaining hands-on experience in Site Management at The Brooks, one of our current projects for Royal Borough of Greenwich. During his placement, he’ll be working under the guidance of Site Manager, Ian Stubbs, and our Site Supervisor Apprentice, Tyler.

Opportunities like this are an important part of developing the next generation of construction professionals, and we’re proud to support Kylan as he builds his knowledge, confidence and understanding of site operations over the coming weeks.

We look forward to seeing him get stuck in and wish him every success during his placement.
