We are super excited to kick start this project.
The original scheme was profitable (GDV £2.8m) but didn’t meet our lenders criteria (% ROI), with our past experience and knowledge we knew we could enhance the GDV.
We completed on this site Q.1 of 2021 and instead of jumping into construction mode we went back to the drawing board to redesign and enhance the overall scheme and footprint.

Proud to announce we have recently obtained planning consent for 11no luxury apartments. We have increased GDV from £2.9m to £3.6m a massive £700k gain in less than 12 months.
