Victorian floor boards,
very worn as you can see due to water damage from the front door.
Always advise clients to get a mat at the front door, to avoid wear damage.
Mass filled and repaired in a few places, 3 coats of lacquer.

Parquet restoration.

Client wanted the floor a darker colour, which we don’t often do for the parquet flooring. However, it did come out nicely, client was happy. All sanded, stained and sealed. Unfortunately, no pictures of exact final product.

Floor Restoration, uplifting existing engineered boards.
Then revealing a nice original Teak floor underneath.
Due to some of the areas appearing rotten, I removed all the old rotten joist and wood with replacements that were required and sourced.
We do offer to fix any damages before sanding, as we only like to do a proper job!

But now transferred with a Sand and B***r Traffic, 3 coats as always - for a long lasting, durable effect.
