I genuinely can’t get my head around this story.

A three-year-old boy is in a critical condition after reportedly being thrown into a crocodile enclosure at a UK zoo, with a man arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.

It’s horrifying, and reminds me of the awful case of Jonty Bravery, who threw a child from the viewing platform at the Tate Modern in 2019.

How do you deal with this as a parent who has just taken their child for a day out at the Zoo? Terrible.

I’m sure it’s all fine, it’s just to manage a thyroid issue I’ve had since I was 19.

Now I can go home and get excited for the football tonight!

I can see Wembley from where I am today and it got me thinking. Normally I’m buzzing when the World Cup is about to start.

For some reason this tournament just doesn’t seem to have as much hype around it as normal. Is it just me who feels that way?
