Structural steel works — phase two.

This is one of the most critical stages of the entire project.
The new foundations have already been poured, and we are now installing the structural steel frame inside the house.

Each beam must follow the structural drawings precisely and be installed in close coordination with the structural engineer.

Step by step the structure of this house is being completely rebuilt.

One section of this structural steel weighs around 750 kg.

To install elements like this safely and accurately, you need the right equipment on site, experienced workers, and sometimes specialised lifting machinery.

Structural steel works are one of the most critical stages of any construction project. Every beam must follow the structural drawings precisely, and temporary supports must be carefully designed together with the structural engineer to keep the existing structure safe.

That’s why our team takes extra steps. Before the steel is delivered to site, we visit the fabrication workshop to check the dimensions and review the drawings directly with the engineers and fabricators. Even small errors at this stage can lead to serious problems during installation.

At the same time as installing the steel frame, we are also preparing and pouring new foundations. Once completed, the floor area of this house will increase by around 1.5 times.
