He who dares, wins! There's not much more to it than that. Yes it will be scary and yes it will be hard. But it's better to try and fail than to have never pushed yourself at all. And if it doesn't work out, what's the worst that can happen? You go back to a scale you we comfortable at before. 🤷🏼‍♂️

It's (usually) NEVER about the price. The price is typically the scape goat for a customer to say they're not happy to go ahead with a project.
There’s much more to a customer-builder interaction than just price. First impressions, job presentation, and how comfortable you make them feel all impact their decision. Trust and comfort are crucial, as they indicate your work ethic. Always put your best foot forward, make them feel confident, and ensure they receive quality service at a fair price. When they see the price, it should be justified in their minds, without you needing to defend it.

We offer 2 servies. Standard will get your estimate turned around within 7-8 working days.
we also have an express service to prioritise your draft and return it within 48 hours, but availability is limited and subject to current availability within our team.
Typcially the standard package will give you everything you need, within a decent timeframe to get it to your customer.

Time is a valuable resource, and it’s crucial to understand how much time it takes to complete tasks. Successful builders have learned to delegate or outsource tasks to grow their businesses. Scaling requires relinquishing control over every aspect of the business. A common first step is hiring an accountant to handle payroll. Some builders prefer us to handle their pricing. Whatever you choose, ensure it’s a time-consuming task that you’re handing off to someone else. Don’t be overly attached to being the ‘key man’ in the business. While you’re the boss, you don’t need to be involved in every role.

Yes, you can price jobs yourself. Yes, you can outsource it. There is no right or wrong answer. But whichever you decide, the job still needs to be done and it will take time to do. You can pay for that job to be done in your own time or you can pay for that job to be done with your own money. But one way or another, the job needs to be done.
The question is, how much is your time worth?
