We’re now awaiting the permanent electrical supply to complete the final commissioning, performance testing and temperature calibration before handover.

🧊 Polar GL192 Ice Machine – Full Service & Deep Cleaning

Step 1: Switch off and safely isolate the machine.

Step 2: Remove the internal components, including the water distribution parts and ice-making area.

Step 3: Inspect the water system, pump, spray nozzles and electrical components.

Step 4: Apply approved ice-machine cleaning chemical to remove scale, dirt and bacterial build-up.

Step 5: Clean the evaporator plate, water tray, filters and internal surfaces thoroughly.

Step 6: Clean the condenser to improve airflow and cooling performance.

Step 7: Rinse all components carefully and reassemble the machine.

Step 8: Restart the unit and test the water circulation, freezing and ice-harvest cycles.

Step 9: Discard the first three batches of ice after chemical cleaning.

✅ Machine fully serviced, cleaned and operational.

This Mitsubishi Heavy Industries ducted system had a heavily contaminated outdoor condenser and dirty indoor filters, restricting airflow and reducing efficiency.

We carried out:

✅ Indoor unit chemical clean
✅ Outdoor condenser chemical clean
✅ Filter cleaning
✅ System inspection
✅ Performance testing

After servicing, the system was restored to normal operation with a supply air temperature of 11.8°C.

Clean combi boiler replacement completed. ✅

This property had no practical gravity route for the condensate pipe, so we installed a condensate pump to provide a safe and suitable discharge solution.

Boiler swaps are not only about changing the appliance — the full installation has to be planned properly, including pipework, flueing, drainage, and future service access.
