Electricians Mate/Improver needed

Job Description:
To carry out emergency lighting remedials in schools.
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electrician's improver to join our team. As an Electricians improver, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for electrical work, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
UNDER INSTRUCTION
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems
- Read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Perform general electrical maintenance
- Inspect transformers and circuit breakers
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
- Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes
-Emergency lights testing monthly and yearly.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working with various hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with different types of electrical systems
