Georges Le Van started the company in 1995.

Built on the flair & craft skills of the world’s very best sustainable wooden Toymakers - French style with British craft mastery An engineer by profession, he designed and built his first doll’s house in his garden shed. Next Generation
Steven Le Van’s childhood was spent as Le Toy Van’s chief tester. Steven undertook to learn all about the business from the factory floor up. Buzzing with ideas,

ambitions and bold plans, he later bought the business off his father and committed to build a legacy of which his entire family can be proud. The same year, French born Marie - one of the industry’s most talented, passionate toy designers - joined the company headquarters to built a world-class team of art directors, designers and creative collaborators. Ever since, Steven Le Van and Marie Le Van drive together the business into the next era of Le Toy Van’s industry-leading accomplishments.
