🚽 Project update - Hemel Hempstead

Lux-Electrics were awarded the electrical installation and testing services of the East & West Hubs for our valued client Morgan Cass. Included in this project are the bathrooms, stairwells and Risers.

As we reached the end of Week 1, I’m pleased to report that we’ve successfully completed the installation of both primary and secondary containment across the Ground and First Floors in both Hubs. Additionally, we have 1st fixed the lighting, power, and fire alarm circuits in the West Hub.

Next week, we will be returning for a day to complete the 1st fix cabling in the East Hub before taking a short break from site. This will be to allow for the construction of our risers which will enable us to proceed with the installation of our distribution boards in the upcoming phase.

🏢 St Paul’s Cat B Office Fit-out

Our office fit-out team lead by Karl is ahead of schedule over in St Paul’s. Karl’s example of forward planning and organisation is key to a successfully run project.

It was great to turn up to site this week and see the the lads maintaining the H&S standards we have at Lux-Electrics. Good house keeping is not only important to H&S but also to a having a successfully ran project. It reduces time looking for materials and overall reduces costs for the job.

🏥 Medical Center - Kilburn Project update

The guys are doing well over in Kilburn and are getting us in a very good position for the Christmas break. The LCMs have been changed for a new design and 2nd fixing is underway.

We are looking forward to seeing the progression over the next couple of weeks!

🏢 Project update - Hammersmith

The lads at Hammersmith have progressed well with our tray installation for Eltrade. We are now nearing the end of our works there and buttoning up the remaining floors.

We are enjoying seeing the completed floors having their lighting circuits 1st fixed and our work come into play.

It been great working with ELTRADE ELECTRICAL LTD and we are looking forward to many more projects along side them.

⚠️ Project update

Mayfair - 4 Storey office fit-out

The guys have a made a strong start these first couple of weeks over in Mayfair.

Primary containment, small power and data and the risers have been attacked across floors 2&3. We will be looking to complete the risers before Christmas along with the 1st fix cabling for lighting, small power & data too.

We are really enjoying working with Ryan Kennedy and the team and we are looking forward to seeing the progression of the project.

🏥 Kilburn - Medical Center update.

Our team of engineers are making great progress with the medical Center fit-out.

They have now 1st fixed small power and data on the 1st floor. They are looking ahead to next week where they will start the lighting wiring and starting the ground floor 1st fix.

The job is in great hands with both Bear and Joe and I’m looking forward to seeing the progress in a couple of weeks when I return from my trip away!

🏢 Hammersmith containment update;

Our engineers over in Hammersmith have been making great progress with our containment installation. It’s now spanning across 3 floors.

Although there’s been few clashes, which is to be expected, they have come up with solutions and persevered whilst liasing with the project manager.
