Side infill glazed roof extension and complete refurbishment of 3 bedroom house including outbuilding. Work included but were not limited to custom joinery to create new kitchen area, new Herringbone flooring, family shower room, WC and family bathroom.

Full refurbishment of 3 bedroom basement flat previously damaged due to invisible leak. Complete new rewiring, re-plumbing, new flooring, 2x new bathrooms, new kitchen and full decorating throughout using lime based paint. Custom joinery was commissioned for cupboards under the stairs, wardrobe for master bedroom and custom recessed cupboards in both bathrooms.

Existing roof structure repairs

Maintenance of existing roof structure to repair existing leaks at this housing block of 30 flats in Hackney. New agrypol system laid on all flat roofs/terraces, pointing of all brickwork and rebuild and insert cavity closures to exterion balcony walls.

Full renovation of 1st floor Victorian flat with new conservatory extension. Complete re-wire, re-plumbing, new combination boiler with underfloor UFT heating installed, plastering, decorating, custom staircase, kitchen install, bathroom and en-suite wetroom for the master bedroom. New RSJ to create new opening for custom glass and Douglas Fir conservatory with build in AOV. Pre-install of custom fire mist system.
