✅When attending properties to carry out gas safety certificates, a tightness test is carried out at the gas meter as part of various gas safety checks to ensure there is no gas leak. All gas appliances within a property are also tested for gas safety too, and a certificate is issued which is valid for 12months.

It is mandatory for landlords to have a valid gas safety certificate for rental properties and so if you are a busy landlord we offer a free annual reminder service for all annual gas safety certificates! We send email reminders every single year notifying when certificates are due to be renewed. Also, our friendly office team are available to liaise directly with tenants, making it quick and simple to get appointments booked in. 🎉

💪 Successfully carried out an awkward little repair on a toilet pan connector, which we found had been poorly installed first time round. We had to remove tiles, grind back the cast iron soil stack, and then replaced the leaking pan connect for new! Another happy and leak free customer! 🎉

😍 A full system installation for one of our customers in Bromley. Lovely boiler and cylinder installation from our skilled engineer! The system includes a UK Eco Tec Plus 630, a 250L Telford Tempest unvented indirect cylinder, and we also supplied and fitted underfloor heating throughout the whole of the ground floor, using a mix of 20mm Xps Tile Backer overlay boards in some areas, and clipping straight to 100mm celotex in newly formed extension area. 💪

😁We recently wired and commissioned this underfloor system for a new customer using overlay boards. There was an existing hive which we kept to control the radiators. We then wired the three Heatmiser thermostats giving the client complete zonal control and all controlled via their smartphone. Made a little more satisfying as they’d previously been advised this wasn’t possible. 💪
