iSite has just wrapped up a civils package for our valued client in Ashford, Kent!📦 🚧 This state-of-the-art distribution centre and logistics park is set to revolutionise supply chains, enabling seamless distribution across the UK and Europe.

Our team supplied all the materials, labour and plant to deliver:

- 3,500m² of FM2 power float floor, for the internal warehouse – ensuring a super-smooth, durable surface ready for high-traffic operations.

- 9,000m² of external slab with a brush finish - built to withstand the elements while providing reliable performance for loading and logistics areas.

- Over 1km of kerbing, installed with precision, enhancing site safety and clean boundary lines.

- All associated joint details and prep works, handled end-to-end by iSite, guarantee top-tier quality and compliance.

It's been a busy year at iSite Group, and while we've been focused on delivering exceptional projects, our social media presence has taken a backseat. We're excited to get back to sharing our work!

Proud to showcase one of our standout completions in Rochester, Kent: a stunning private residence built under Paragraph 80 planning permission for a new home of exceptional quality in the countryside.

Working closely with our client, we brought their vision to life with specialist reinforced concrete expertise. Our scope included:

→Reinforced Concrete substructure construction
→Formwork, reinforcement, and concrete (FRC) work for the slabs, walls, and swimming pool
→Robust waterproofing with a full guarantee: dual-layer barriers, Sika waterproof additive, and Sika membrane
→Radius concrete walls
→Suspended slabs
→Circular columns
→Concrete stairs
→Precast concrete planks

iSite provided all materials, labour, and plant, delivering the project on time and within budget.

Project Update: Margate Commercial Development – December 2025

We’re delighted to share the latest progress on our 58-unit commercial scheme in Margate, Kent. The project continues to move forward at pace and is now firmly in the superstructure phase.

Key milestones achieved to date:

✔ Groundworks are approximately 80% complete, with all major excavation and drainage packages now finished.
✔ Two large attenuation tanks have been successfully installed.
✔ Full foul and surface-water drainage networks are in place and tested
✔ High-specification ground-floor slabs have been poured to tight tolerances on four of the five blocks.
✔Steel frame er****on is well underway, and cladding installation is closely following.
✔ Our directly employed services teams are installing below-ground infrastructure immediately behind the steel erectors, keeping the programme tight and efficient.
✔ Substation works and several other detailed enabling packages are also complete or nearing completion.

With the majority of substructure works now behind us, attention has turned to the rapid er****on of the steel frames and the start of the external envelope. The site team is now preparing for the following phases: internal fit-out, tarmac surfacing to roads and car parks, and the final landscaping works.

This development will deliver high-quality, modern commercial space to Margate and the wider Thanet area, and we’re proud to see the buildings taking shape so quickly.

Reinforced Concrete Structures Specialists – Project Update!

We are excited to share a project update from our Kent site, where iSite Group has successfully delivered exceptional FRC work. Our dedicated team has accomplished the following:

- 8m high suspended soffit with beams and plinths
- 8m high columns
- Soffits, slabs and columns for various concrete structures
- RC troughs, sump pits and external yard slabs

Key Achievements:

- Over 5000m³ of concrete poured
- More than 700T of rebar fixed

This project showcases an incredible feat of engineering by our team and our valued client, who consistently deliver high-quality work.
