Supporting Local: Sometimes the most useful things are right on your doorstep.

Just a 5-minute walk from our Muswell Hill project, our local builders' merchant makes picking up supplies quick, easy and convenient for the team.

It's great to have reliable local businesses on hand and, wherever possible, we believe in supporting the businesses around our projects.

A quick walk, a few supplies and straight back to work. 🦺

March → Now.

Two photos. One huge transformation.

This is the bottom basement floor at our Muswell Hill project, and the difference from where we started is almost unrecognisable.

There's still plenty of work to do, and in the next few weeks this space will look completely different again as the next stages take shape.

We'll keep documenting the progress so you can follow the transformation from start to finish.

Muswell Hill: Progress From Top to Bottom

A lot has changed since our last walk-through in March.

This time, we're taking you through all four floors of the Muswell Hill project, showing the progress that's been made over the past few months.

There's still plenty of work ahead, but the transformation so far is huge. We started with a walk-through before work began, we'll show you where we are now, and once the project is complete we'll do it all again.

Three stages. One project. Follow the journey from start to finish.

James’ Walk & Talk 🥾

This one was all about getting out, getting some fresh air and creating a space to talk—while also showing off the new Construct Group T-shirts supporting men’s mental health in construction.

We’ll be organising more walks soon, so keep an eye out for the next one.

Fancy joining us? We’d love to have you along. 👊

What construction actually looks like.

Dust, mess, heavy lifting and plenty of hard work. Before you see the finished spaces, there are months of graft, problem-solving and attention to detail behind the scenes.
These are the stages that lay the foundations for everything that comes next at Muswell Hill.

It might not always look glamorous, but it's all part of building something we're proud of.

A great team makes all the difference.

From the team on the tools to the architects, contractors and everyone working behind the scenes, every person plays a part in keeping our projects moving forward.

By staying on the same page and working towards the same goals, we can keep progress on track, overcome challenges and, most importantly, deliver the best possible outcome for our clients.

It’s a real team effort from start to finish.

Another major milestone at our Muswell Hill project.

Installing the steelwork for the extension base came with its challenges, but the team worked through them and everything is now in place.

With the steel sorted, we're ready to move on to the next stage and continue bringing this extension to life.

Behind the scenes with Alex from Birsay Creative.

Alex has been our go-to for digital marketing, branding and capturing our projects on site. These shots show two sides of the day—getting the footage and content we need for our social channels and website, while also taking the time to plan with James to make sure we capture everything needed.

A good shoot starts with a clear plan, and working closely together helps us get the most out of every day on site.

A look behind the scenes at life on site.

From moving materials and taking measurements to getting stuck in on the tools, every day brings something different.

It's the hard work, teamwork and attention to detail that keeps each project moving forward—and this is a small insight into what goes on day to day behind the scenes.

Keeping a project moving in London comes with its challenges...

Getting materials and deliveries onto site isn't always straightforward, but with careful planning and the right traffic management in place, the team are always on hand to keep things running as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Another delivery safely in at our Muswell Hill project, ready for the next stage of the build.

It's all part of the behind-the-scenes planning that keeps a project moving forward.
