Ready to work!

Hope you guys are having a great start to your week. We are ready to work and make some great progress on another project!

This large room with an en-suite is almost fully complete with the lighting ready to be set into the ceiling and the paint ready to go on the walls!

This project is a few weeks away from completion and we can’t wait to show you the finished job!

Clean white walls are a standard when building a new development. It leaves from for creative flourishes and the opportunity to adapt to new trends or new styles easily!

Here are a few of our tips when thinking about styling your new home or just refreshing!

1. Consider your colour palette and texture. When buying new things such as art or furniture in your property you should closely consider the other things you already have in your home or the things you are buying. Too much of one shade or texture can be overbearing. Try and break up spaces with contrasting complementary colours!

2. Buy Quality. Always look to buy things that are well made and well produced! This doesn't always mean spending more, quality items look better and generally last longer so will save you in the long term!

3. Don't be scared of a bargain! When looking in places such as charity shops, ebay, sales and gumtree you will often find there are amazing bargains to be had and in a lot of cases these things are brand new or need minor cleaning!

Laying Foundations

We are current laying the foundations for this extension, we’ve gutted and ripped the walls down from the current foundations and we are extending out on the back to create a bigger open plan property!

Ashbourne Rd.

We are coming towards the end of this project and we can’t wait until it’s done!

The living room (currently messy) has been painted with doors, and fittings ready to go on.

We’ve created a bright open with the huge oak doors connecting the entrance and living room. We also ensured lots of natural light would be flooding in through the roof window.

Overall this will be a great space for family and entertainment and it’s possible for you too!

Good afternoon! its been a while and we hope you are well!!

We are back at Ashbourne Road and we've made some great progress!

We are really happy with the way the kitchen is looking at the moment, the client chose a soft great which will be complemented with clean white painted walls and white marble flooring.

As you can see we now have the work surfaces and fittings installed alongside the beautiful island thats been added. This kitchen will be a great space for entertaining guests and family dinners.

Over the next few days we will show you even more great progress.

Natural Light

As we mentioned before we were going to show more features of the Ashbourne road project.

On this project the client asked us to create spaces with as much natural light as possible. What better way to do that then adding a roof window. These are an amazing way to add natural light and make great features for any space.

We couldn't agree more with this quote.

What you get, is what you pay for. We have a lot of clients who have hired "cow boy" builders who are cheap. The main issue with this i the end product is poor quality, doesn't last and in many cases is extremely .

Always pay for quality developers and quality workers and you will be so much happier with the end product.

This week we are back at Ashbourne Road and we are very happy with the progress we've made so far.

This project is a full home and loft renovation with extension and complete fit out. We love the way the kitchen is coming together in the extension its bright, modern with lots of natural light.

We have put beautiful white/grey marble flooring throughout which complements the grey kitchen units perfectly.

We can't wait to show you this when its finished and we will be showing you more elements of the house over the next few weeks.
