Garage conversion and rear infill extension to what was a very old run down garage completely unusable, fast forward a couple of months and it’s now a great addition to the existing house, added a couple of bedrooms a bathroom and a boot room along with a little patio area.
Thoroughly enjoyed doing this one. 👷🏼‍♂️ 🧱 💦.

In April I’ll be tackling London landmarks half marathon to raise money for My Shining Star, a charity that provides care for children diagnosed with cancer.

Ideal Candidate must be :
🔸Hard working and physically strong
▪️Punctual and reliable
🔸Able to hold an adult (mostly) conversation
▪️Able to listen and take on simple instruction

Role:
🔸Helping hand
▪️labourer
🔸Someone eager looking to get into the construction industry and learn a trade

Role would suit:
▪️School leaver , college goer
🔸Someone young and enthusiastic
▪️someone looking to learn a trade

Driving licence is a huge plus but is not essential.
Must be local to Lingfield or able to get there as that’s where we are based.
Part time would also work if the right person is at college.

Old water tank cupboard removed to make a slightly larger bathroom in East Grinstead .

New bathroom 🚽 🚰 🚿!
This use to be two separate rooms , a toilet room and a bathroom with a sink and old boiler cupboard.
We removed the partition wall and installed this far more functional bathroom for a family in Sevonoaks. Very happy with the outcome. 👷🏼‍♂️

New driveway in Lingfield , there was never a drive here before just a raised bit of grass 🌱.
We excavated 🪏, laid sleeper retaining walls🪵,a resin approach 👷🏼‍♂️and grid and gravel top!
