This Ford Puma ST came to us after being diagnosed elsewhere and booked in for a blower motor replacement.

Once the vehicle arrived, we carried out our own checks and quickly identified that the blower motor wasn’t actually the problem. The issue was with the cooling flap gears, which simply required resynchronising to stop the noise. ✅

We fixed the actual fault and, most importantly, saved our customer £££ on an unnecessary blower motor replacement! 💰
