In software developement, the later you catch a bug, the more it costs. Every developer knows this. But fixing them? That’s always been slow, manual, and flawed. Early set out to change that.

With AI-driven bug detection and automated testing, Early levels up code quality—so developers can focus on what they do best: building, innovating, and shipping great products.

But revolutionizing software development requires more than just breakthrough technology. It needs a brand that speaks the language of developers while standing apart in an evolving AI landscape.

So we built one.

- A brand voice as direct and effective as the product itself—clear, confident, and built for speed.
- A wordmark with ‘/’ replacing ‘l’—a quiet nod to those who know.
- A bitmap-inspired font and graphic system—blending precision with forward momentum.
- A fresh, high-energy green—breaking from the standard, static enterprise palette.

This was about more than a rebrand. It was about owning a new era in AI-powered software development.

What are the colours of Impatient Innovation?

Colour is more than aesthetics—it’s strategy, emotion, and identity in its purest form. When designing the visual language for Startup Nation Central, we needed a palette that was innovative, distinctly Israeli, and world-class. A brand that could stand shoulder to shoulder with global tech leaders while remaining deeply connected to the roots of Israeli ingenuity.

Our primary colour? A bold, tech-forward Tekhelet Blue—steeped in heritage yet undeniably modern. Used by the biggest names in corporate and technology, blue is synonymous with stability, trust, and intelligence. But in Israel, it carries something more—a direct link to the flag, a colour woven through history, faith, and national identity.

The secondary palette grounds the brand in something tactile, real. Inspired by the landscapes of Israel, from the sun-warmed Jerusalem stone to the ochres and olives of its rolling hills, the soft blue haze of the Dead Sea, and the electric pop of Jaffa orange, these hues bring warmth, texture, and a human touch. A perfect balance of corporate polish and startup energy.

Colour shapes perception. It tells a story before a single word is spoken. And in this case, it defines a brand built for action, impact, and impatience.

Your audience doesn’t hate your brand. They just don’t care. And that’s the real danger—because indifference means you don’t even enter their consideration.

The worst thing isn’t people disliking your brand. It’s people forgetting you exist.

The best brands don’t just sell products. They create emotional connections.
Indifference happens when a brand lacks clarity, relevance, or emotional resonance.

A strong brand makes people feel something, whether it’s trust, excitement, belonging, or aspiration.

To fight indifference, your brand needs three things:

We are looking for an energetic and superbly organised Project Success Manager to join us as we enter a new and exciting growth phase.

The project manager will be a key member of the team, having overall responsibility of ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and successfully. An excellent communicator with strong organisation skills, you will work closely with the Senior Management to coordinate internal resources and communicate with our clients and keeping things running smoothly and on time.

**Main Roles**

• Ensuring projects and tasks are briefed, assigned and tracked to completion

• Process management and internal communication among key team members

• Develop detailed project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

• Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless ex*****on of projects

• Manage project progress and adapt work as required

• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Manage relationships with stakeholders

Skills & Abilities

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Highly organised and able to multi-task

• Attention to detail

• Big-picture thinking and vision

• Problem solving and leadership skills

• Capacity to manage stressful situations

• A fluid thinker with the ability to adapt to varying scenarios
