We are a growing business that has continued to grow over the last few years but we have managed to retain a personal service. We have an extensive portfolio of various work we have undertaken from extensions, garage conversions, refurbishments, bathrooms, major structural work, loft conversions, etc. right down to the cloak

room under the stairs, as you can see we have a wide range of experience. We have worked with various different architects and structural engineers over the last 30 years which gives us the combination of extensive knowledge and experience. These architects and structural engineers have worked alongside us and they have been happy to recommend us to their clients. We cover a wide range of areas as well as local projects we also cover the South West of London and Surrey. We understand that undertaking any project is a huge commitment both financially and personally and making sure that you use the right reliable contractor is the first step to a successful project, which is where we feel we can assist you in making that decision based on some key factors which are as follows:
As the owner of the company I will be the main point of contact from estimation to completion of your work, ensuring a good relationship, good communication and smooth running of your project. We work closely with the Local Building Control Officer and will liaise with them on your behalf, calling them in to pass off strategic parts of your project; we also work alongside your architect to make sure that your job runs smoothly and efficiently. We also have £5 million Public Liability Insurance Cover as well as £10 million Employers Liability Insurance Cover, which all good builders should have and should provide proof of prior to any work commencing, we hope this helps to eliminate any doubt you may still have and gives you further peace of mind. We can also provide references from previous clients should you need any further reassurance. Another satisfied customer, this time located in Epsom.

Our client transformed a once dark, badly configured and unwelcoming ground floor into a bright and spacious home flooded with natural light.

Through the use of various lighting schemes, we were also able to create a diverse ambiance suited for different times of the day.

Our client kindly referred us to their neighbour, with whom we are currently making good progress.

We can’t wait to start phase 2 on our client's project!
