I Offer a wide range of trades in the construction field. No need to hire different trades people for each trade as i can do most of them myself. Since starting 'Multi- Trader' I have a long & growing list of happy satisfied clients. My trades are as follows -

- plastering, new builds, extensions, repairs etc.

- Tiling, Bathrooms, kitchens, floors, wall, door steps etc.

- Painting, New builds,

External/internal, wall papering etc.

- Joinery, floors, skirting, doors, kitchens, etc.

- Fencing, decking, (all aspects).

- Patios.

- Demolition work.

- Complete home re-modelling.

- Pvc fascia & guttering.

- Damp proofing, (all aspects). Complete home re-modelling/conversions are a specialty, (some examples of conversions ive done are in my photos). Landlords - property maintenance/revamps etc.etc. All enquiries welcome, no quotations given without seeing job in question first. All insurance work undertaken, from start to finish. Hi folks, haven’t posted here in a while… so thought I’d put up some before & afters of a job we completed recently. Super chuffed with this one!

Complete turnkey works !

For me definitely the most technical job I’ve done to date… small flat roof extension, full garden overall, full vaulted cealing in the original extension. No more than 4 RSJ’s, all hidden & old roof trusses strengthened to steel, stitched & cut out… two brand new velux windows installed & a very creative bit of plaster work, no silly beams defining where the old & the new build meet. Whole room treated to 50mil insulated plasterboard & kingspan insulation, fully rewired, new pipe work, new rads, brand new PVC doors & windows, fully painted, , k-rend plaster exterior coat in brilliant white, all trees removed, tones of earth removed & shape of new garden layout formed, old rustic railwayslepers, new patio… etc ete…

Client’s have a busy family life & were getting it tight for space, so after a few tweaks to the design we set about creating the beautiful open plan living space seen here…

* Full building gutted

* full electrical re-wiring & removal of old

* full gas heating conversion

* full re-plaster

* new felt on roof

* old chimney removed & new one built in it’s Place to include lead tray so guaranteed no more leaking roof

* all original flooring repaired & redone in 6mil ply before finishing floor coverings

* brand new hardwood fire doors (bespoke)

* brand new cast iron replica radiators finished in slate grey throughout the building

* new herringbone wooden floors & carpet tiles

* two brand new kitchens + board room to include Belfast sinks / black granite worktops

* white board room

* full bathroom remodelling to include shower & floor to ceiling tiles etc

* brand new stunning plantation shutters throughout the building

* full building painted inside & out

* all gutters & down pipes cleaned out

* all building waste removed & a full clean ready for the new client… this old building fought a good fight as we came across the odd bit of dodgy timber that had to be removed etc…

Photos show kerosene damage to house foundation due to oil leak & the work that had to be done by environmental agencies to remove contaminated soil.
