RETIREMENT PLANS FOR 2030

I would like to set straight a few rumors that are going around to the FACT instead of fiction

Vulcan Engineering & HT Racing share a workshop as most people probably already know as as we are both getting old and like every responsible adults have to think about our future and make plans
So we have both decided that on 01-01-2030 we will both close the companies and retire

We both have long term jobs here and everyone of them will be done along with many many more over the coming 3 and a quarter years

I had a phone call today with a customer panicking as he had been told ( a rumor again ) that we are closing at the end of this year AND THIS IS NOT TRUE

SO TO MAKE IT VERY CLEAR WE ARE RETIRING ON FIRST JANUARY TWENTY THIRTY

We just re built this 2000 cc IKE Engineering spec for your customer
We changed the cam from a 264 that had knocked out and we fitted a Kent 254 spec instead to give more TQ in the midd range
We bored out the inlet ports to our spec and raised the compression ratio from 10.2-1 to 11.4-1

The exhaust valves are off set and was hitting the rocker cover so we fitted a Alloy cover to fix that problem
We run the cam in on just the outer springs then added the inner springs to help bed the cam in
Lots of work but to be safe
