A video of the waterproofing system for this project is now fully operational and meticulously detailed for long-term maintenance. We have incorporated strategically placed flushing points throughout the perimeter drainage channels, allowing for easy inspection and cleaning of the system. In the lightwell, we’ve installed a high-capacity sump pump chamber designed to service the bin shed vault, the main vaulted area, and the primary room of the property. All structural fixings are securely in place, including the ceiling fixings which have been carefully wrapped with Delta Membranes' specialist rope to ensure a water-tight seal around every pe*******on point.
