Designed to provide outstanding facilities for both small and large animal care, the development combines modern architecture, sustainable construction and specialist veterinary infrastructure to create a first-class healthcare environment.

We are delighted to have formalised our partnership by signing the Employer Pledge of Excellence for The Lakes College 🙌

We are delighted to announce that RH Irving Construction Ltd, based in Carlisle, has become the latest organisation to join our Employer Pledge of Excellence initiative as a Bronze Partner.

This partnership represents another important step in our ongoing commitment to strengthen employer engagement and ensure learners gain the skills and experience needed to succeed within the construction and civil engineering sectors.

Through this collaboration, RH Irving Construction will help broaden opportunities for Lakes College learners by providing meaningful real-world experience across their specialist areas. The company will also support students through employability initiatives such as work experience, skills sessions and insights into industry expectations.
