Absolutely love how this one turned out. The marble effect walls, brushed brass fittings and warm oak vanity unit all work so well together and give the space a real luxury hotel feel.

The lighting inside the wall niches adds such a nice finish too!

Really enjoyed this job!

Fitted these designer radiators in a beautiful seafront property recently and I think they fit the style of the house perfectly. Clean, modern and a lot sleeker than a standard radiator.

Not a bad view to work with either!

What made it even better was the customers. Genuinely lovely people, always welcoming and always ready with a coffee.

I received a message this week to say another customer has now received their government grant for this heat pump installation.

I helped with both the installation and the grant application side of things, so it’s always nice hearing when everything has officially gone through.

There’s still a lot of confusion around what homes qualify and how the process works, but for the right property it can make a huge difference towards the cost.

Would a heat pump even work in your home?

The honest answer… it depends.

Heat pumps can work in gas, oil or LPG homes, but they tend to work best where:
✔ The property has decent insulation
✔ There’s space for an outdoor unit
✔ The system is set up properly for lower temperatures

A lot of people assume it won’t work for their home… but that’s not always the case.

Every property is different, so it’s always worth checking.

Homeowners in Cornwall and Plymouth... this is worth knowing.

The government has increased the heat pump grant to up to £9,000.

If you’re currently on oil or LPG heating, that’s a big chunk towards switching your system.

A lot of people I speak to assume it’s too expensive…but with the grant, it’s now much more realistic for the right homes.

Heat pumps aren’t for everyone, but when they’re set up properly they can:
• Reduce reliance on gas or oil
• Help manage long-term energy costs
• Future-proof your home
