💥The Whitestone project💥

This cute 25sqm extension has given our client an extra living space.

9 weeks from start to finish. The weather is not always on our side in cornwall but we pushed through.

Externals.
The thin coat render offers a silicone and polymer -modified technology to maximise protection, alongside excellent breathability and water repellency.

A light grey cement board cladding finished the rest of the extension off nicely.

Roof.
We installed a warm roof to this extension. The roof finish was a 20year guarantee grp system. Supplied and installed by JFM Roofing Ltd. Finished off with a light grey powder coated aluminium coping.

Windows
All windows where triple glazed due to them being a tilt and turn, we added the strength to avoid any unwanted accidents in the future.
The lovely stable door gives the option in the summer of an extra window.

Internals.
Adding an extra wc utility and kitchen area this extension now gives our clients eldest child the privacy she has always wanted.

This old narrow lane was unusable for our clients collection of sports cars.
Once the lane had been reduced to a depth of 200mm, 150mm of Type1 MOT was compact down in 75mm layers, finished with 45 tonne of 20mm golden flint. Spread at a depth of 50mm.
New kerbs and a tarmac entrance to finish.

This fence like many others we look at had no strength at the bottom of the posts. Rot had weakened the posts at ground level. The supports holding the fence up against the storms not only looked ugly but where taking up a large section of our clients garden.

With a double leaf gate now installed in the centre of the fence line, our client had access to his garden for his trike.
