Whilst a lot of people are enjoying their well earned holidays sites still need supplying with switchboards. Our guys have been busy getting more equipment built up and out of the door.
These switchboards are for an important UK government research organisation.
We are seeing a lot of demand for devices with Micrologic 5 trip units. Primarily for discrimination along with metering. Did you know that the Micrologic 5 trip unit has its own power meter? Why not use it and bring device position and asset maintenance information to the table as well? Data is king for customers. Why not use it? Connect the whole system to the BMS via PAS Ethernet gateways via TCP/IP.

Another couple of BESS sites ready for despatch. This time a pair of transformer connected 2500A pillars with incoming ACB, multi function meter, outgoing devices and all OF & SDE contacts wired to terminals. In addition to 7 400A pillars each with outgoing devices with status monitoring and incoming device interlocking for generator connection via plug in sockets.
Wait for the New Year with an even larger project in which we will reveal a new way of monitoring, going to be quite a change.

BESS sites seem to be the flavour of the month this month.
A TMM1600/10 + GCP transformer connected pillar ready to go to site. Incoming ACB 4P with Ronis locking to quick connection and phase interlocked to ensure safe connection.
We are seeing more and more of these units as they give quick easy connection of a generator in the event of a failure or isolation of the transformer supply.
