From Suggestion to Solution: Improving Safety and Productivity

At JC Metalworks, our Make It Better initiative encourages employees to identify opportunities for improvement and turn ideas into practical solutions that enhance safety, quality and efficiency across the business.

Congratulations to Marcin Trybala and Marcin Kolinski, winners of our Second Prize, for their suggestion to introduce electric vacuum suction lifters for sheet movement.

After identifying the opportunity, the idea was quickly researched, approved and implemented. The result has been safer handling of sheet metal, reduced manual handling risks, easier loading and improved productivity for our team.
