Grey 49’s and hip tiles on Front and side pitch and matching grey plain tiles for the dormer face and cheeks 🔨

New lead valleys to bridge the adjoining roofs, along with new step flashing and cover flashings ⚒️

Finishing off with a 3 layer torch on felt system 🔥

Black fascia and soffits tying everything in nicely 😮‍💨

Big milestone for us at Toucan Roofing Ltd! 🏠🔨
Last year we took on and completed our biggest project to date — a full loft conversion from start to finish. From the first beam to the final touches, we were proud to supply and coordinate every trusted trade needed to bring this project to life.
A massive thank you to all of the skilled trades involved for their hard work, professionalism and teamwork throughout the build!
And of course, we are giving ourselves a huge pat on the back for dedication and effort that went into making this one a success. 👏

Multiple jobs undertaken on this property in Stanstead Mountfitchet. The previous solar panel installation had brackets mounted straight through the slates, completely missing the roof rafters and causing water damage internally. We removed the solar panels, slates & battens, installed new breathable felt membrane and reinstated slates, brackets and solar panels correctly to maintain the local aesthetic. Other tasks included sanding, prepping and repainting barge boards, sand filling and painting red window sills black, and updating the exterior front door light - the customer was very satisfied with the final result and so are we ! Small job, big impact! 😍 We had the privilege of renovating the porch roof of this stunning cottage. From repairing structural damage to reinstatement, we took it back to wall plate height, installed a new roof substrate, and upgraded the felt and batten, all while matching the original look as per the client’s request. We also upgraded the fascia and guttering as existing growth had rotted the wooden facia. The internal was re plasterboarded and made good for to work their magic whilst all the waste having been removed by !
