Seeing the new rooms, the fresh layout, and imagining where everything will go has made it all feel even closer. We’re bursting with anticipation and can’t wait to get settled in, switch the lights on, and welcome you and your pets through the doors!

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Office Team.

Our work is mainly in the Commercial and Industrial Sector, we also carry out minor adaptation and alterations on Frameworks with Local Authorities and Housing Associations.

Our Office is based in Louth. We are looking for the right candidate who could work closely with our existing team to assist in delivering our projects by obtaining quotations from merchants and sub-contractors, take-off of materials from plans. Arranging deliveries and cost analysis of jobs during and once completed.
Please note the ideal candidate would also be able to cover administration duties to cover part time staff if required.

Yesterday we completed and handed back 6 New Offices for our Client "Flexipig"

These Offices look Fresh and Clean with all White Walls / Ceilings and will be easily maintained with Vinyl Flooring.
